Here is a façade that was failing due to water infiltration issues. The façade was pulling away from the structure and was becoming a safety issue for the homeowners. We found there was not enough weep holes installed within the masonry and was causing water not to escape. To cure this issue, the façade needed to be removed and re-braced to the structure in order to prevent it from pulling away from the second story windows and lower garage openings. This complex was so happy on how efficient, non-disturbing and clean we kept our jobsite that we were hired to do several more replacements.
