Frank Albano, COO
Frank attended Business Management classes at Southern Illinois University in the mid nineties. After several interviews, Frank joined the team as the Warranty Manager with Kensington Homes of Naperville. With this first title at this company Frank learned how to deal with homeowners and learned about customer service -- a skill many construction companies forgo. Frank was promoted to Site Service Superintendent and head of the department. Frank excelled at his position and helped the company grow to closing over five hundred homes a year and they placed second for two years in a row by the National Home Building Association. After these successes, Frank moved on to Director of Warranty and Customer Service -- enabling him to manage more responsibilities and employees.
With the downturn of the economy, Kensington Homes closed their doors in 2008. Unfortunately, this left Frank unemployed, but he saw an opportunity with the property management companies. There was no one to keep that great service going. Thus, Universal Construction & Home Restoration (UCHR) was BORN. Since 2009, Frank -- together with his wife Krissy and brother-in-law Bruk Lipscomb -- joined forces and started servicing their needs. Starting with just one service van and an office in their home, UCHR has moved to a warehouse facility in the Wheatland Industrial Business Center and now employs several with four service vans.
Bruk Lipscomb, Superintendent / Carpenter
Bruk boasts more than 25 years of highly successful construction management and inspection experience in the construction trade. Through Bruks career in the construction industry, he graduated in the top percentile of his class and has earned over 300 college level credits in construction management and construction technology. He consistently improves his knowledge and skills within the industry, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization, is a great team leader and builder with a motivational management style. Bruk is extremely technically knowledgeable, and develops and maintains new business opportunities by providing outstanding service and conscientious follow-up.
Dan Greco, Carpenter
Dan has been in the construction business for over 28 years. He worked his way up, starting as a laborer, rough carpenter and then trim carpenter. He was a superintendent with a major home builder for 3 years and also owned his own business. Being in the remodeling field for over 15 years, he has built and maintained great relationships with many homeowners, business owners and villages. Dan also holds a home inspection license. Dan has a great eye for detail and believes in doing only high-quality work.
